How is my information collected?

Personal, company, and financial information is collected through our online merchant application and the contact and rate-review forms on this site. Those forms are served over an SSL-secured, encrypted connection.

While you fill out a multi-step application, your entries stay on your own device. When you save your progress or submit the completed forms, the data is transmitted across the same encrypted connection to our servers.

How is my information stored and used?

Submitted application data is stored in a secure back-end database. We use it to prepare and generate your merchant account application documents, to underwrite and board your account, and to respond to the rate review or support request you sent us.

Completed documents are made available to you as PDF files so you can review, sign, and return them electronically or by mail.

Who has access to my information?

Only people and companies directly involved in setting up and servicing your merchant account — our team, our sponsoring banks, and our processing partners — have access to the information you provide. We do not sell your data or make it available to any party outside the scope of setting up and supporting your account.

How do I access or correct my information?

After saving or completing the online application you receive an email at the address you designate with instructions for retrieving, viewing, and downloading your application data and documents. You may also contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold, subject to the recordkeeping obligations that apply to payment processing.

Are users tracked? Do you use cookies?

Applicants are assigned a session ID so the information entered is matched to the correct applicant when the application is saved or completed. That ID is stored in a temporary cookie that exists only while your browser is open. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of visitors.

How is my information protected?

Data in transit is encrypted with industry-standard TLS. Card data handled through our processing partners is protected under PCI DSS requirements and EMV standards. Access to stored application data is limited to authorized personnel.

Email and text communications

If you provide a phone number or email address, we may contact you about your application, your account, or the rate review you requested. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised policy takes effect when posted on this page.
